SSG (SFC) Vargas here!  Lucky for me to have found this site!  How are you doing?

Regards to all @ home!!!  Quick run down.  After Bamberg, went to Drill Sgt schl, did 2 yrs, went to Jump school at 32, was a cadre at OCS for a yr, spent 2 yrs at the School of the Americas in Tactics and Special Opns (Abn), did a yr in Korea, then to Ft. Drum, finishing up 22 yrs.  Got a Masters in Education, taught 1st, 4th, and 2nd grades.  Now I substitute and Scuba Dive.  Going to The Bahamas in 2 wks on a Blackbeard Liveaboard, and then Cozumel in June and then back to the Bahamas on the Aquacat, also a liveaboard.  Have trained in Ninjutsu and now Krav Maga, so I stay a "little busy".  How is life treating you?  Did you know about SGT Santiago?  He passed away a couple of years now if I'm not mistaken.  He had mentioned to me about meeting you and was very excited about it.  A bad loss for our ready rifles.  You know about his upcoming reunion?  let me know!
