Take Heed of this issue

 

A dietician speaking at a conference summarized his comments by saying "You've seen the dietary problems associated with red meats, sugar, trans-fats amd MSG, but one food is the most dangerous of all.  Who can tell me what most of us will eat that will cause the most suffering and problems for years after eating it" he asked all in attendance?

 

After several seconds of silence an elderly man raised his hand and said "Wedding cake".
