Walter,  Were you in the battalion when it was reflagged from 2nd Bn 54th Infantry to the 1st Bn 52nd Infantry, or did you arrive after September15, 1972?  Do you recall names for the Bn Cdr, Bn XO, Bn CSM, primary staff officers, Company Commanders, 1SGs, or Platoon Leaders.  We are attempting to recreate Battalion Rosters from the organization to the deactivation.  Any information would help.  email me at:  dennisbarletta@gmail.com with any information you remember.  Ready Rifles!  Thanks
