Bill and I were roommates for 2 years in Bamberg and like brothers. The drugs got him according to his ex. Pretty sad. He was a dynamic personality. We stayed in touch for about 5 or 6 years and then he fell off the radar. When I was finally able to get in contact with his family again, years later, things had fallen apart.
