Waldo, pretty cool that you posted the photos of Recon platoon members.  I am the guy sleeping alone in the back of the duce & 1/2.  The photo of "Shank & Ski", I am Ski, aka later as SGT Kordovsky in the Office working with Captain Flynn & 1st SGT Heseman. I'll bet those to names ring a bell for yah?  These photos bring back some fond memories of the time we all experienced together.  A much different era nowadays, huh?  Thanks for posting these.  I will look in my files to come up with a few and post them some time shortly. Waldo,

Wow! I happened upon this website and all of a sudden, BOOM, a forty year old photo of me and "Thor." I continued through your photo album and it was like a trip down memory lane. Like most old men reminiscing, I can probably remember the events of those days better than what I had for lunch today. Most of all though, it amazes me how we all follow different paths that sometimes intersect and sometimes miss by just a little. I see you live in South Carolina. My brother-in-law owns the Blue Marlin restaurant in Columbia and has a place out on Lake Murray in Chapin. I've been there often. Contact me if you like and we'll catch up. Thanks again for posting! Hey. Glad you saw the photos. I had hoped a few of the guys I had lost touch with would see them. I think of you once in a while and actually searched the Internet a time or two but there were too many Will Rossmans. I forgot about the Charles. Yes we go to The Blue Marlin every now and then. Small world. I remember you kidding me about being from South 'Cackalacky'. I don't play much guitar these days. But I cherish the memory of the impromptu concert we gave for the 'rads in the park. You taught me several songs I still play.
