I got out of the Army after Germany. I went back to Puerto Rico to take care of my mom, and I worked as a correctional officer, for about 30 years, and I retired as the commander of a maximum security facility. Got married, 4 kids, 2 of them in the service now. I'm glad to hear from you, and to see that some of us are still in touch.

Everything is good here. I'm in East Tennessee now, working as an x-ray tech. Been doing that since the early 80's. Married, 2 kids. Like I said, all is good. How about you?

Ortiz, is that you? I remember you from the old days. Sp Smith 2nd plt, 4 Sqd here. SSG Lewing was my Plt Sgt.
